Rating (Comments) : 9/10 (Amazing location, very busy walkway and ultimately the courts are busy in warmer months often with long wait times, sometimes over 3 hrs wait to play) Shorter wait times mid weekday mornings or late at night.

Resurfaced hard courts completed the second week of May 2023.

Free to play courts with lights for night play located on the Hudson River nearby Tribeca and Greenwich Village

There are water fountains located outside the SW corner (next to the footpath) of the singles court . Water fountains do not operate in winter.

Bathrooms are located inside Pier 40 a short walk North along the Hudson walkway from the courts.
