What Is a Tennis Ladder?
A tennis ladder is a ranking system where players are ordered by results. Instead of fixed teams or weekly match times, players issue challenges to opponents close to them on the ladder.
Win, and you move up. Lose, and you recalibrate.
- Each division operates as its own ladder
- Players can challenge up within their division (up to 5 spots)
- Top 16 players in each division qualify for playoffs
- Finals are held at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center on the last Sunday in October
